About

Tracie is a native of Jacksonville, North Carolina, home of Camp LeJeune, and is well acquainted with military tradition. Her father was a career Marine with 30 years of service to our country. A graduate of North Carolina State, her BA degree is in Sociology, with concentration in Criminal Justice. Broadening her education, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia obtaining a post-graduate certificate in paralegal studies. Her earlier career involved comprehensive experience as a paralegal, specializing in litigation, medical malpractice and personal injury.

In 1983, Tracie moved to Texas, where she now resides in San Antonio with her husband, Jimmy. She’s an avid animal lover, community activist, and women’s rights advocate. A “transplanted” Texan, Tracie has explored all of Bexar County and its surrounding metropolitan communities, Alamo Heights, Hollywood Park, Shavano Park, Garden Ridge, and Northwood. She enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, meeting new people, and making new friends.

Redirecting creative energies, Tracie obtained her real estate license in 2005, and broker’s license in 2007.  An emerging entrepreneur, she opened her own boutique real estate company.  She is active at the San Antonio Board of Realtors, serving as Chair for Governmental Affairs for 2017.  She previously served at the 2015 Chair of the San Antonio Texas Real Estate Leadership Program and the Public Policy Committee. Tracie has been a major investor for TREPAC for many years which focuses on homeowners’ property rights.

Tracie has numerous designations including ABR, ALHS, GRI, SRS, LTG, and is currently working on her Master’s Degree in Real Estate.  Helping people find their dream home is only a part of Tracie’s motivation; individualized, personal attention is the hallmark of her endeavors.
